1.基本資格1.Certificate of RegistrationA copy of the certificate of company registration, business registration, or other certificates issued by government entities (or institutions authorized by government entities) certifying that the tenderer is lawfully established or registered under the laws of Australia.If the certificate is issued outside the Republic of China (Taiwan), the document (including printouts from the issuer’s website) must be certified by a diplomatic or representative office of the Republic of China (Taiwan), a notary public, or a chamber of commerce. A notarized or certified translation in either Chinese or English must be attached to each qualification document unless the originals are already in Chinese or English.2.基本資格2.Personnel Requirements The tenderer’s team leader shall provide copies of verifiable credentials, licenses, or certificates issued by government entities (or authorized institutions), along with a curriculum vitae (CV) for CPC’s verification.The team leader must be qualified as an Australian Chartered Accountant. If any verifiable credential, license, or certificate is issued outside the Republic of China (Taiwan), the document (including website printouts) must be certified by a diplomatic or representative office of the Republic of China (Taiwan), a notary public, or a chamber of commerce. A notarized or certified translation in either Chinese or English must be attached to each certificate unless the originals are in Chinese or English. The curriculum vitae does not require certification.※3.投標廠商務必檢附最新版「投標廠商聲明書」(⾏政院公共⼯程委員會114.06.04版)，未依規定檢附者，為不合格標，投標廠商注意事項已更新⾄ 114.06.23版。 ※4.投標廠商務必檢附廠商參與政府採購可能涉及之法律責任切結書1。 ※5.三⽤表單已更新⾄11406版，本案新增使⽤招標投標及契約文件(簡稱三⽤ 表單)為本公司依政府採購法招標、廠商投標及本公司決標後簽訂契約三⽤文 件，詳⾒投標廠商注意事項。6.履約地點：承攬商辦公室。7.本案契約之訂定係依公共⼯程委員會之契約範本並略作調整以符合本公司需 求。8.配合⾏政院推動 ODF-CNS15251 為政府文件標準格式，本機關招標文件將 逐步導入開放文件格式(ODF)，相關軟體下載及使⽤說明請⾄國家發展委員會 網站查詢https://www.ndc.gov.tw (主要業務/數位發展規劃/基礎服務件格式 (Open Document Format, ODF)。
