1.Manufacturers who have questions about the contents of the tender documents should submit a written request for clarification to this Bureau before May 29, 2016. This Bureau will provide a written response to the manufacturers who requested clarification by June 3, 2016.2.Successful bidders must apply for a stamp duty payment slip from any of the branches of the Taipei City Tax Bureau, or use a natural person certificate, business certificate, or equivalent electronic certificate to directly log in to the local tax online filing portal and issue a stamp duty payment slip for Taipei City based on the nature of the deed, and then pay it.
