This procurement project commissions a professional service provider to undertake the comprehensive promotion and execution of the "Presidential Hackathon." The scope of work encompasses competition planning, administrative and technical support, the establishment of a research and development (R&D) support system, as well as the dissemination and implementation of proposal outcomes.
