I. The above budget and procurement amounts include Value Added Tax (VAT). The budget and procurement amounts excluding VAT are both NT$87,890,000.II. The bid price submitted by the bidders in this case is based on the amount excluding VAT.III. Location of performance: Plot No. 1-0203, Shezi Section, Shuili Township, Nantou County.IV. The selection method for this case will follow the "Ranking Method" of the "Most Favorable Bidder Selection Method." After determining the ranking of the evaluated bidders, price negotiations will be initiated in order of the highest-ranking bidder.V. If the bidding agency is unable to operate due to an unforeseen event and the deadline for submitting bids or receiving documents specified in the bidding announcement or bidding documents is notified, the deadline will be the same again on the next operating day.VI. If the bidding agency is unable to operate due to an unforeseen event and the date for opening bids or awarding bids specified in the bidding announcement or bidding documents is notified, the date will be the same again on the next operating day. If both a deadline for submitting bids and a date for opening bids are specified, and the deadline for submitting bids is postponed due to an unforeseen event, the date for opening bids will be postponed in the order of the time interval between the two dates.VII. No written bidding documents will be provided for this project; electronic bidding documents will be used. See the remaining provisions of the tender documents for details.[Other]: Bids must be mailed or delivered in person to the 5th Floor, No. 21, Jinglong Street, Wenshan District, Taipei City (Construction Section, Comprehensive Construction Department) before 17:00 on April 13, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Please send representatives to the designated bid opening location at the time specified in this announcement, so that they can provide explanations, price reductions, price comparisons, and negotiations in accordance with Articles 51, 53, 54, and 57 of the Procurement Act. If no representatives are sent by the bid opening time, the company will immediately notify the manufacturer by phone on the same day, in accordance with Article 60 of the Procurement Act, to come to the site within 30 minutes. If the manufacturer fails to come or cannot be contacted for other reasons, it will be deemed as a waiver, and the process will be recorded in the relevant records.
