1. Complete 1 type of ”Maintenance of the High-Current Test Transformer”.2. The contract shall be settled based on the actual items and quantities executed, supplied, or performed. Payment shall be made according to the contract unit prices for the actual items and quantities completed.3. Sum of Price (Tax included) is NT$23,100,000.4. Performance period: Within 150 days after the day following the date of contract award.5. Overdue Fines: The fine for each overdue day is 0.1% of total price amount.6. Payment term: (1) Payment shall be made in a lump sum after acceptance.(2) The contract amount will be paid by telegraphic transfer against the Contractor's signed commercial invoice after TPC’s final acceptance.(3) The Payee shall be the Contractor. The tenderer shall provide his banking name, address and account number together with the tender. The relevant banking charges incurred from remittance shall be borne by the Contractor.(4) The above payment is subject to deduction of the penalty/price reduction, if any.7. Delivery location: Taiwan Power Research Institute, Taiwan Power Company (84, Da-An Road, Shu-Lin District, New Taipei City, Taiwan, 23847, Republic of China. Attn:HUANG, Chi-Yu).8. Open tendering procedures, tenders of qualification, specification and price shall be submitted in one-step.9. Bid bond: NT$1,100,000 by check or T/T (100%). 10. The bidder shall submit one (1) copy of documentary proof of business registration or establishment, such as a company registration certificate or business registration certificate.11. Bidders shall be companies duly registered in Taiwan, and their registered business items shall include all of the following codes: CC01010, E606010, E603050, and EZ05010.12. The bidder shall submit one (1) copy of proof of tax payment, such as business tax or income tax.13. The Chinese version of the procurement specification is the standard in the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version of the procurement specification.
