1. Replacement of the outdated acoustic shell at the Chih-Te Hall, Kaohsiung Cultural Center. The primary requirements are as follows:•(1) Acoustic Shell Structure: The system shall consist of a modular unit structure (dimensions and quantities must be planned according to the site conditions).•(2) Ceiling reflector(Upper Reflector): The ceiling reflector must be installed on the four existing motorized rigging sets (capable of lifting and tilting functions). The contractor must submit a comprehensive structural safety and load assessment. The integrated lighting must be replaced with dimmable LED fixtures that provide sufficient and uniform illumination; the contractor is responsible for all associated power and signal wiring.•(3) Side/Rear reflector(Mobile Vertical Reflector): Both wings of the reflectors are foldable and equipped with access doors for performers and instruments. Each vertical reflector must be easy to store and move using a dedicated transport cart.•(4) Acoustic Testing: Comparative acoustic field tests must be conducted before and after the replacement. The post-replacement results must outperform the previous data to ensure enhanced reflection clarity and overall acoustic quality.2. Contract Type: This is a Turnkey (Design-Build) Project. The winning bidder shall be responsible for the planning, design, equipment procurement, installation, construction, and final testing/commissioning of the acoustic shell system.
