1.The requirement of planning and design of the aforementioned infrastructure is as followed: (1) The successful bidder must select 10 houses for repairing construction, including the roof, trust, axis, wall, gutter, floor, window and door, outdoor and indoor water and electricity pipeline, garden, terrace, fence and other hidden parts of building. It requires the all-inclusive inspection of building conditions and design of repairing construction, environmental afforestation. After the inspection analysis of structure stability, and If needed, the design must include the plan of structural reinforcement. The final design and plan must be in accordance to the atmosphere of cultural landscape and comply to the budget.(2) Because the facilities are within the confine of cultural landscape, for the subsequent facility utilization after repairing, the successful bidder must provide a Contingency Plan in accordance with Historic Sites Cultural Landscapes Management Land Use Fire Safety Measures. (3) For future reusage, the bidder must plan and design the water and electricity supply of the facilities in accordance to the related regulation and rules. (4) The method of repairment must comply to the [Kaohsiung Zuoying Naval Village Cultural Landscape Preservation and Maintenance Project ]<Achievement report>, as the attachment of tender document.2. The successful bidder is required to cooperate in subsequent adjustment if the schedule of this plan changed, or new demands of Bureau arose or some unexpected situations intervened.
