I. The above budget and procurement amounts include value-added tax (VAT). The budget and procurement amounts excluding VAT are both NT$34,935,000.II. Bids from vendors in this project shall be based on amounts excluding VAT.III. Location of performance: No. 1, Longchang Rd., Lishui Village, Longjing District, Taichung City (within Taichung Power Plant)IV. The selection method for this project will be the "ranking method" of the "Most Favorable Bid Selection Method." After the winning bidders are determined, they will be notified of price negotiations in order of their ranking.V. If the tendering agency is closed due to unforeseen circumstances, the deadline for submitting bids or receiving documents specified in the tender notice or tender documents will be replaced by the same deadline on the next working day. VI. If the tendering authority is unable to operate due to an unforeseen event and the bid opening date or award date specified in the tender announcement or tender documents is cancelled, the same bid opening or award date on the next working day shall be used in lieu of the original date. If both a bid closing date and a bid opening date are specified, and the bid closing date is postponed due to office closure, the bid opening date shall be postponed in the order of the time interval between the two dates.VII. No written tender documents will be provided for this project; electronic bidding documents will be used.
