Description of the subject of procurement:1.Optimize the agricultural knowledge management network architecture.This includes strengthening model optimization, enhancing the system's intelligence and retrieval depth, and assisting thematic experts in converting content into structured knowledge suitable for RAG(Retrieval-Augmented Generation) indexing.2.Ensure the portal system's stability, security, and optimize user experience. Continuously conduct functional development and maintenance for both the front-end website and back-end management system to guarantee data accuracy, operational fluency, and enhance overall maintenance efficiency.3.Sustain and expand the content of the agricultural knowledge theme halls. Ensure the correctness, completeness, and consistency of the 158 theme halls, and add 2 new theme halls to meet the diverse querying needs of consumers, academic researchers, and producers.4.Plan various promotional activities for the agricultural knowledge portal to effectively increase the website's utilization rate.
