If the authorized person can not carry chop came to opening, should be stamped with the seal of the authorization by the signature of the authorized person to replace the seal.)3. Suppliers should supply 1 bidding documentation, 12 service proposals and 2 compact discs. The briefing is presented according to the order of bidding.
